With roots in Jordan and having grown up in the multicultural environment of Dubai, Darina carries a broad perspective that is reflected in both her personality and her artistic expression. Vibrant, warm-hearted, and deeply compassionate, Darina is not only an artist but also a strong advocate for raising awareness around inequality in the world. Her heart is especially with Palestine and with the Palestinian people, whose suffering and resilience continue to move her deeply. In recent years, Darina found her way to Amsterdam, where she reconnected with her passion for painting. Through her art, she explores identity, emotion, heritage, and humanity, creating work that speaks from the heart while inviting others to reflect, feel, and connect.
